Adding value to Mango non-food uses in West Africa (Burkina-Faso, Ivory Coast, Senegal)

11-14 March 2013. Dakar. COLEACP is organizing its Multi-Stakeholder Research Question Workshop (MSHRQ workshop) about: Adding value to Mango non-food uses in West Africa (Burkina-Faso, Ivory-cost, Senegal).

The MSHRQ workshop aims at mobilizing stakeholders around one or several research questions and shared vision for a sustainable partnership. Specifically the COLEACP MSHRQ workshop will :
  1. Validate the national and regional desk reviews 
  2. Translate development problems into research questions 
  3. Analyse and validate research questions 
  4. Identify potential stakeholders to involve in the process 
  5. Analyse interactions between stakeholders Plan the process implementation
Following outputs are expected to come out from the MSHRQ:
  • Research questions and subsequent issues are discussed and understood by all participants 
  • Roles and responsibilities of each actor are defined and validated 
  • The calendar of implementation is validated The Core Group that will steer the process forward is nominated.
