- The projects will run for 3 years and will start in June 2021.
- The joint call – with an indicative budget of approximately €17 million including EC top‐up funding – brings together 25 funding organizations of 21 countries from 3 continents.
- The submission dates were: for pre‐proposals: February 19th, 2020 / for full proposals: July 21st, 2020
- The FOSC consortium consists out of 28 partners from Europe, Africa and Latin America.
- FOSC pulls together resources for a joint research programme and is supported by the European Commission through an ERA-Net Cofund grant.
- FOSC has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 862555. The program started on 1 October 2019 and will run until 30 September 2024.
