The dairy development program was set up based on a public private partnership PPP implementing the company and 2SCALE and government agencies. The main objective of the partnership is to produce 10% of the companies raw milk from local sources. This requires the engagement of Fulani communities in the transition of the traditional pastoralists into market oriented milk producers.
