PAEPARD Management Team Meeting

10 and 11 July 2012. During the European Multi-stakeholder Consultations organized in Brussels on 3-4 May 2012, partners held a side meeting to discuss on the Mid Term Review (MTR) report that recommended a one year no cost extension. Participants to the meeting agreed on Management Team Meeting (MTM) on the subject in Accra in July to work on the work plan and budget of the one year no cost extension.

The main objective of the Accra MTM was to work on year 4 (no cost extension): the justification of this (why do partners need the no cost extension?), plan of activities, budget (based on what each partners received, spent and the balance).

Other objectives included:

• The end users led process progress: is it moving? Is it likely to be finished during the one year no-cost extension? 
• The cases studies situation: where we are? 
• The evaluation of the external facilitators after the completion of the Partnership Inception Workshop.
