WEBINAR: gender and women in agriculture enterprises.

6 August 2021. AGRA. The VALUE4HER Networking and Advocacy events are aimed at promoting interactions between women-led SMEs, markets actors, governments, other public and private sector stakeholders, for better understanding of the needs and opportunities for women in agribusiness. The events also aim to sensitize women agriprenuers and partners on the VALUE4HER program and its service offering to reach scale and impact.

This special edition featured Dr Jemimah Njuki, IFPRI’s Africa Director and Custodian of Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment for the UN Food Systems Summit 2021. The session was hosted to assist women and other stakeholders in Africa understand, appreciate and coalesce around the UN Food Systems Summit agenda relating to gender and women in agriculture enterprises.
