Announcement: One Billion Hungry: Can We Feed the World?

In One Billion Hungry to be published on 8th October at the Royal Geographical Society and on the 9th October at One Birdcage Walk, Sir Gordon Conway explains the many interrelated issues critical to our global food supply from the science of agricultural advances to the politics of food security. He expands the discussion begun in his influential The Doubly Green Revolution: Food for All in the Twenty-First Century, emphasising the essential combination of increased food production,environmental stability, and poverty reduction necessary to end endemic hunger on our planet.

To mark the publication on 9th October, a high-level panel event will be organised at One Birdcage Walk, London from 6:30-9:00pm.
