AFMASS Food Expo and Africa Food Safety Summit


8 June 2023 + 15-17 June 2023. The AFMASS Food Expo, now in its 10th edition, has emerged as the foremost platform to explore the latest investment opportunities, market trends, and new technologies in Eastern Africa’s food industry.

This year’s summit introduces the Africa LabTech Expo, a concurrent exhibition showcasing leading manufacturers and distributors of laboratory equipment, testing services, hygiene and sanitation products, and other related technologies. This addition provides a unique opportunity for Africa’s food and agricultural sector players, government agencies, NGO organizations, retailers, academic institutions, and research bodies to witness the latest innovations in lab technology.

The summit’s agenda includes a one-day virtual workshop on June 8, 2023, featuring technical presentations from sponsors and exhibitors who have registered for the event. Following this, the main conference and exhibition will span three days, running concurrently with the AFMASS Food Expo hence providing an extensive platform for businesses to connect, share knowledge, and explore new market opportunities.
