2021 is the International Year for the Elimination of Child Labour and Members of the European Parliament together with the distinguished panelists representing international organisations, private sector, governments and civil society debated how the European development cooperation policy and initiatives and trade policies and agreements can best serve to address the root causes of child labour, notably in agricultural sector in Sub-Saharan Africa.
